Jobpin AI is a global recruiting company that specializes in connecting businesses with qualified, professional, and skilled talent.
This internship project gave me the chance to own critical deliverables. I designed the key UI components and final production screens for the website, learning to navigate and contribute within a professional structure. I successfully collaborated across the entire team, working directly with the Product Owner, BA, Senior Designer, and the development team to bring the designs to life.

High fidelity design for website
My initial focus was establishing consistency: I designed the core UI components—including the buttons, cards, navigation bars, drop-downs, and text field—to form the foundation of the Jobpin design system. Leveraging requirements from the Business Analyst (BA), I then translated this system into five critical screens: the Contacts, Documents, Offers, Notes, and Logs Tabs. This work involved close iteration based on feedback from the Senior Designer and Product Owner, culminating in a precise, ready-to-build handover to developers via Zeplin.
After integrating all developed UI components, I finalized the design architecture. This systematic approach ensured the screens were not only cohesive but also technically precise, allowing me to swiftly handover the complete, production-ready specifications to the developers for implementation.
